Popis: | We present integrated uniform, phase-shifted and sampled Bragg gratings in lithium niobate-on-insulator. High extinction ratios of 35 dB at 1550 nm, quality factors of 3.4M04 and an electro-optic tuning efficiency of 14.6 pm/V are achieved. |
