Therefore, every school puts the professional growth of young teachers in an important place. At the same time, most schools also establish a mechanism to promote the professional development of young teachers. In the same way, many young teachers’ teaching type have continued to spontaneously grow professionally in order to adapt quickly to teaching positions and establish their teaching styles.
