More precisely defined calculation of the nonstationary thermal operating regime of a rubber bearing with longitudinal oil grooves

Popis: A mathematical model is presented for the nonstationary thermal operating regime of a rubber bearing with longitudinal grooves, on which analytical analysis of the temperature field of the most heavily loaded segment of the rubber bearing is based. A solution of the heat-conduction equation for the boundary conditions assumed in the study is obtained using finite integral Fourier transforms with respect to two coordinates and subsequent adjustment to improve convergence of the Fourier series. The procedure developed permits analytical investigation of nonstationary thermal operating regimes of rubber bearings for the various in-service conditions to which they are exposed.
