Popis: Hamilton-Dirac equations for a constrained Hamiltonian system are deduced from a variational principle. In the local problem for such systems an algorithm is proposed to obtain the final constraint manifold and the dynamical vector field on it using vector fields on the phase space. The global problem is solved in terms of fiber bundles associated with the problem.
