Popis:	Although rotational acetabular osteotomy (RAO) is a good procedure for treating the dysplastic hip, there are some reports of unfortunate results caused by inadequate indications and operative mistakes in RAO. It is necessary for prevention of such problems to adhere to the adequate indications and make the exact surgical plan.We have used laser lithography models of the treatment of slipped capital femoral epiphysis. In consideration of this experience we made laser lithography models of the dysplastic hip to perform a simulated surgery and preoperatively plan in RAO. We were able to correctly perform this operation using this simulated surgery in RAO.
