Confirmation de la Structure Cristalline et Moléculaire du Complexe Guanine. CuCl2.Hcl.H2O

Popis: The crystal data and the results of two independent X-ray structure determinations of a guanine-copper chloride complex are compared. This two analyses, carried out with Cu and Mo radiation and involving 1403 and 1868 observed reflections respectively account for the high accuracy: the parameters could be refined to an R-index of 0.052 and 0.038. The bond lengths of the guanine moiety as found in the two determinations agree well, the mean difference is 0.011 A.
