Popis: In this article the purpose is to describe the implementation of medical automated information system to support decision-making in the process of diagnosis of diseases, as a method of research the methodology of verification of the state of fragments of biological objects by computed tomographic images for the diagnosis of diseases is used, the result is a description of the main methods underlying verification by x-ray images, the development of the structure, mathematical, software and information support.
