In the present study, Dynamic characteristics of friction and meshing V-belt is investigated by use of the finite element method, the dynamic model of the new friction and meshing composite V-belt is established, and the friction characteristics of the driven wheel and the load distribution of the belt body are analyzed. The results show that the friction zone between the driven wheel and the belt body of the friction and mesh composite V-belt drive will change from static angle to dynamic angle with the increase of tension transfer.
