The work is based on modern ideas about the mutually dependent development of organizations created by people, with changes in the worldview of these people, and is based on the theory of systems. In historical retrospect, the development of the most common methodologies for planning the activities of organizations, industries and states is revealed. It is shown that it is wrong to oppose a planned economy to a market economy, since it is impossible in market conditions without planning. The key problems of intellectual development of people on the way to transition to a New industrial society of the Second generation are revealed (NIO. 2). Approaches have been developed to overcome these problems and plan the necessary actions. |
