Popis: The Canadian Community Health Survey (CCHS) consists of two cross-sectional surveys conducted over a two-year repeating cycle. The first survey (2001, 2003, 2005, etc.) collects data from over 130,000 households on a range of population health topics and aims to produce reliable estimates at the health region level. The second survey (2002, 2004, 2006, etc.), with a sample size of about 30,000 households, focuses on a particular topic that changes every cycle and aims to produce reliable estimates at the province level (mental health, nutrition, health examination measures, etc.).
