The Hypertension is kind of disease that quiet high happen both in the progress and developing countries. On 2018, The prevalence of hypertension in West Java Province showed with a total of 35.9%. This study aims to determine the difference in average systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure.The research design was Pre Experimental Design that using the One Group Pre Test and Post Test technique. The sample of the study was primary hypertension clients of 20 respondents, with a purposive sampling method. The provision of intervention carried out for during three days with a duration of 30 minutes. Data analysis includes the univariate analysis and bivariate analysis.The results of univariate analysis of average systolic and diastolic blood pressure before were 146.00 mmHg and 93.50 mmHg. The average systolic blood pressure and diastole after were 133.00 mmHg and 84.95 mmHg.
