This master's thesis deals with the calculation and modeling of the thermal state of a closed transformer substation. The following tasks were set and solved: Description of the basic design of the transformer and its cooling systems, creation of the transformer geometry in the CAD program, creation of the geometry of a closed transformer substation and solution of the thermal problem in the CAE program, selection of the most suitable ventilation parameters and its scheme, as well as the method of creating a model in the Comsol Metaphysics software package. At the final stage, the task was to analyze and compare the two types of ventilation systems, analyze their advantages and disadvantages, and develop a recommendation for the design of closed transformer substations. The comparison of the two ventilation systems took place in 4 experiments, the difference of which was in the different air boost speed, at the end of which the following parameters were analyzed: Air lines created by forced circulation at different air flow speeds; The air temperature inside the PTA, at the amount of forced air circulation; the distribution of the air flow velocity inside the PTA. |
