Popis: | We designed and fabricated narrow-band aluminum plasmonic grating filter array for on-chip visible-light spectroscopy. Using an array of only 20 filters, we successfully reconstructed high-fidelity visible-light spectra based on snapshot imaging and matrix inversion. |
