Popis: | The work considers the processes of chemical and electrochemical deposition of a nickel contact layer with a thickness of the order of 10 µm, formed on thermoelectric materials: Bi2Te2,8Se0,2, n-type and Bi0,5Sb1,5Те3, р-type. The adhesive strength of the obtained contacts was measured, which exceeds 8.2 MPa. |
