This study aims to measure the reliability and validity of FSICU Malay version of family member’s satisfaction with care (19 items) during the intensive care units stay. A cross-sectional study was conducted among 196 responds. The self-administered FS-ICU comprises of three domain and a total of 19 items. Descriptive analysis, Chronbach’s alpha and exploratory factor analysis were performed on the Malay version of FS-ICU. The final model exploratory factor analysis on the Malay version of FS-ICU indicated Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity was significant (Chi Square= 2321.013, p-value |
