The topic of the final qualifying work: âNumerical modeling of a model low-flow turbine for power engineeringâ.This work is devoted to methods of numerical simulation of low-flow turbines (MRT) with axisymmetric nozzles, namely OsMRT-43, OsMRT-44, OsMRT-45, OsMRT-46. The purpose of the work is the study of MRI, their calculation, design, evaluation of efficiency, as well as comparison and analysis of the results of calculations with the results obtained during the experiment conducted at St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (SpbPU). An important task of the study is to assess the degree of reliability of the verification and validation procedures. The reliability of modeling is achieved by assessing the degree of accuracy of the model to a real phenomenon and comparing it with experimental data.With the help of modern software packages such as SolidWorks, Mathcad, ONE, Ansys, four MRI scans were constructed and studied, their main indicators were determined, which were subsequently compared with the results of a physical experiment conducted at SpbPUThe comparison of the results proves the theoretical and experimental data obtained, and the validation of the presented experimental data confirms the possibility of obtaining the main MRI indicators using one-dimensional and three-dimensional calculations in the ONE and Ansys CFX programs, respectively. |
