Popis:	It was previously shown (Colombani et al., 1977) that HLA-DR antigens could be detected by complement-fixation (CF) microtechnique on peripheral-blood B lymphocytes (PBBL), on peripheral-blood lymphocytes (PBL) stimulated by mitogens [phytohemagglutinin (PHA), concanavalin A (Con A), pokeweed mitogen (PWM)], and on cultured B-lymphoid lines (BLL).
