Popis: It is the key point of well control safety work to avoid blowout and uncontrolled blowout of oil and gas wells, and to prevent major accidents such as fire, explosion and personnel poisoning. CNPC’s enterprises have been continuously tackling key problems in this field for many years. In this paper, the author has introduced the latest development and application of CNPC in the field of well control technology for onshore oil and gas exploration and development. It mainly involves quantitative risk assessment, overflow monitoring, automatic well shut-in, automatic well killing, emergency rescue, etc. The author has also analyzed the key and difficult problems faced by CNPC in well control technology. Combined with the field demand and the development of artificial intelligence technology, the key research directions of well control technology in the field of onshore oil and gas exploration and development in the future have been put forward.
