Popis: | The new flavanonol glycoside (2S,3S)-3,5-dihydroxy-2-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)-8-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-chromen-7-yl-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(3→1)-xylopyranoside (lavaloside) (1) and the known compound phellamurin (2) were isolated from leaves of Phellodendron lavallei. The structures of the flavanone glycosides were elucidated using chemical transformations and UV, PMR, and 13C NMR spectroscopy combined with HSQC, HMBC, COSY, and DEPT experiments and mass spectroscopy. |
