| Popis: | C-cell hyperplasia (CCH) is considered as a preneoplastic lesion associated with various endocrinopathies. Traditionally it is subdivided into reactive (benign) CCH and neoplastic. We report here a case of a young male, where CCH was an incidental finding after total thyroidectomy for papillary thyroid cancer. |
