Popis: This research investigates the impact of organizational culture and job commitment on sustainable development, which will help improve its performance through job commitment. A structured questionnaire was developed and administrated to a sample of Citadel Capital employees. The data analysis phase comes after the researcher completes the data collection phase. Looking at the results of analyzing the role of organizational culture and sustainable development, it has shown that there is a significant relationship between them. Based on the results of analyzing the role of organizational culture and job commitment, it has shown that there is a significant relationship between them. Based on the results of analyzing the role of job commitment and sustainable development, it has shown that there is a significant relationship between them.
