The Initial Stage of Physical Investigations of the Gas Electric Discharge in the Quasi-Optical MW Beam in Real Conditions

Popis: In present article the initial stage of experimental researches of deeply subcritical MW discharge properties in a stream of air is described. The discharge lighted in the quasioptical MW beam out of a plane board in its real flight. Discharges are initiated by a system of the linear electromagnetic vibrators of the resonant length located over the flat screen at a distance, essentially smaller than a quarter of the MW field wavelength. Experiences have shown that the spatial localization of the discharges is qualitatively various depending on parameters of MW fields exciting it.
