The literature, institutional reports, and market projections indicate considerable changes in work's nature, dynamics, and relationships. These changes are already influencing the offers of formal education and requiring new skills to keep people employable. Often, those skills training are not focused on the standard education system, being only targeted in corporate training programs. This study will investigate the affordances of Virtual Reality for training skills essential for work performance and employability in the context of the future of work. We will develop, implement and evaluate interactive VR experiences targeting soft skills crucial for teamwork and management. |
