Popis: | The influence of the flotation reagent – potassium butyl xanthate and oil on the aquatic plant duckweed (Lemna minor) was studied. Determined the isolated effect of these compounds in the concentration range of 10.0 – 1000.0 mg / l on the increase in the number of duckweed fronds. Concentrations causing inhibition of test functions by 25%, 50% and 75% relative to control were calculated. A complete two-factor experiment was carried out with the combined action of potassium butyl xanthate and oil. Based on the results of the experiment, a regression equation is presented. The action of the studied compounds is interdependent; the contribution to toxicity under the combined action of potassium butyl xanthate is much higher than that of oil. The nature of the combined toxic effect of these compounds is less than additive. |
