Popis:	A USSR Government Decree of May 3, 1967 assigned the Department of Special Projects led by Mikhail Kartsev at the Institute of Electronic Control Machines to the Ministry of Radio Technology. By this time, the team of the department including five scientific laboratories had made his way of development, production, and bringing into service a number of computers of the first and second generations.
