Popis: | A climate aggregate is described which can quickly change the flow and the relative humidity of air to be inhaled through the human nose, and, somewhat more slowly, can change the temperature. The flow can be changed from 0 to 3 liters/sec within seconds, and the relative humidity at +21°C from 90% to 10% within 3.5 minutes. Rhinomanometry was used to measure reactions in the nose to changed climates of the air to be inhaled. When the relative humidity of the air of +21°C was reduced from 90% to 10%, no change of the nasal airway resistance occurred. |
