Popis:	The Dongxin oil field in China is characterized by a multiplicity of faults that cut the field into small blocks. Development units are divided into three classes according to the amount of natural energy. Insufficiency of natural energy is the main feature of development of the field which dictates the application of waterflooding. The point is emphasized that different types of units are to be differently treated. A comparative study of different types of flooding is presented.
