Popis: C-reactive protein (C-RP), a biomarker for inflammatory validation associated with cardiovascular disease (CVD). Major infection or severe trauma trigger the activation of this protein in the patient's blood. In this paper, the conventional field-effect transistor (FET) is fabricated and followed by direct deposition method of molybdenum disulfide (M O S 2 ) nanosheets. The deposition of MoS 2 nanosheets with the conjugation of 30 nm gold nanoparticles on the 100 µm active channel shows the good response of electrical signals for C-RP detection. Analysis of the MoS 2 and AuNPs was well-supported by atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and high-power microscopy. Finally, the detection limit of 100 fg/mL was attained.
