Popis:	Twenty-one cases of neonatal hemorrhage after maternal anticonvulsant therapy have been reported, although only two of these have been published in American journals. We recently encountered another case, fatal despite phytonadione prophylaxis at birth and additional doses at the onset of bleeding. ( JAMA 235:626-627, 1976)
