Popis:	Computer calculations of electric field distribution in VLEDs and FETRODEs with cylindrical and prismatoidal geometry are presented. Plasma etched prismatoidal silicon tips are shown. A new TV flat screen with FETRODEs (or VLEDs) has been proposed.
