Mechanical Properties of Single Crystals Based on Ag6+x(P1-xGex)S5I Solid Solutions

Popis: The results of microhardness studies of $\mathbf{Ag}_{6+\mathbf{x}}(\mathbf{P}_{1-\mathrm{x}}\mathbf{Ge}_{\mathbf{x}})\mathbf{S}_{5}\mathbf{I}$ single crystals are presented. Established that with increasing the depth of the imprint of the Vickers indenter, a direct indentation size effect (ISE) is observed. Approximation and interpretation of the obtained results within the gradient theory of plasticity are carried out. The parameters of the geometrically necessary dislocations (GNDs) model are determined.
