Popis: Spin labels and probes based on stable nitroxyl radicals have progressively been brought into use by molecular biology [1–3]. To date they have been very instrumental for solving numerous structural and dynamic problems encountered in the studies of proteins, enzymes, biomembranes, and nucleic acids. This technique is helpful for investigating the microstructure, micropolarity, and microviscosity of biosystems, as well as for recording the conformation transitions caused by various perturbations, elucidating the spatial distribution of functional groups, etc.
