Popis: | The formability of oxide phases R 123( RBa 2 Cu 3 O 6+ x ) and R 211 with are earth element has been studied. R 123 forms line compound with Er , Ho , Dy and Gd , but has a solubility in the systems with Eu , Sm , Nd , Pr and La . When the stoichiometric Nd 123 was heat treated at 1173K, fine BaCuO 2 phase precipitated in the matrix and the intra critical current density increased remarkably. The same type of R 211 phase with V 211 forms in 8 rare earth systems. In the Nd and La systems, R 211 phase has a solubility and the different crystal structure ( P 4/ mbm ) from that of Y 211. |
