Popis:	The case history of a 21/2-year-old boy with malignant hemangiopericytoma of the retroperitoneum and bone metastases is reviewed and compared to other reports in the literature. This patient represents the first reported child in whom chemotherapy was effective in the control of metastatic bone disease. Surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy each play an important role in the management of children with this disease.
