Popis:	JOGNN 2016; Vol. 45, Supplem Currently 37 women and their families have used the program and eight more have signed contracts in approximately 18 months. Although hospital efforts continue to decrease the overall cesarean rate, the participants in our doula program have a significantly lower cesarean rate. Additionally, 100% of evaluations from program participants indicate that their physical and emotional well-being were enhanced.
