Popis: | Titanium dioxide nanotube arrays (TNT s ) were fabricated by anodization method on Titanium (Ti) substrate then hydrothermally functionalized with γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS) to study the synergetic effect of both nanotopography and chemical cues of TiO 2 based nanotubes on the cellular behavior and bioactivity property. As a result, the bare anatase TNT and functionalized with GPTMS demonstrated great potential in promoting the proliferation, adhesion of osteoblast cells with excellent biocompatibility and enhanced the bioactivity than conventional and polished Ti surface. |
