Popis: This article points out that incidents like those described in the "Killer Group" article, if handled properly, can be used to teach valuable lessons that will be long remembered. The key is being certain that everyone involved is given the opportunity to examine both the consequences of the behavior of each of the parties involved in the classroom incident and the consequences of similar behavior in parallel situations that they will encounter in the workplace environment.
