Popis: A method is proposed for the calculation of the axisymmetric flow of an incompressible fluid in a radial apparatus with a nonmoving layer of granular material. An engineering method is developed to evaluate the degree of flow nonuniformity in equipment of this type, thus making it possible operationally to choose among structural solutions in the design of this equipment.
