Popis:	1. The structure of nine derivatives of unsaturated phosphinic acids has been established. 2. It has been shown that under the effect of an adjacent phosphorus atom the frequencies of valency vibrations of C=C bonds are strongly lowered and the frequency of the deformational vibration of the C-H bond at C=C double bonds is changed.
