Bolometric photoresponse of a YBa2Cu3O7−x superconducting thin film to infrared radiation

Popis: | We report here an experimental study of the electrical response of c axis oriented YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7−x thin films to optical irradiation at wavelength of 10,6 and 0,83 μmm. We can explain the time, temperature, current bias, and optical power dependences of the photoresponse with a heat transfer model taking into account the size of the laser beam. From these measurements we can deduce values of the absorbtivity of YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7−x at the wavelengths considered. |
