Popis: The first stage of investigations was carried out on the IVV-2M reactor to clarify the influence of transient effects on temperature measurement. The experiments were made on the basis of in-reactor thermoelectric temperature transducer (TTT) calibration in reference points. Temperatures of melting (hardening) of aluminum/copper were chosen as reference points. A figure shows variations of transient deviations and of ionization-chamber signal with time at safety trip. The experimental results demonstrated the absence of significant transient deviations in TTT readings.
