On approaches to optimization of an assay system of mutagenic activity of drugs

Popis:	We have examined several approaches to optimization of research on the assay of mutagenecity of medicinal preparations. Some of these approaches have a general importance and may be extended to the sphere of studying chemical compounds of another category (pesticides, food additives, etc.). We believe that a rational solution of the problem of ensuring genetic safety of drugs is to a definite extent related to the problems discussed in the present paper.
