Jagadish Vasudev aka Jaggi Vasudev - FIR Digitalized - Mass Murderer and Wife Murderer FIRST INFORMATION REPORT -Jagadish Vasudev aka Jaggi Vasudev aka SadhguruMurder Case FIR digital - Jaggi Vasudev is Fake Preacher. Dist.: Coimbatore Police Station: Alandurai Year 1997 FIR No. 176/97 Dt. 8.10.97 2. i) Act I.P.C Section 302. 201 r/w 34 IPC Final Report in Alandurai P.S.Cr.No. 176/97 under sections 302, 201 r/w 34 IPC R 8.10.97 the inspector of police Alandurai received the transferred FIR in Subramania Nagar Police Station. Bangalore city police station Cr.No: 357/97 u/s 302, 201 r/w 34 IPC through the District Police Office, Coimbatore, re-registered the same as Alandurai Station Crime No.176/97/ The Inspector took up investigation of this case on the same day. The Inspector of Police visited “ISHA YOGA CENTRE”, Poondy, the all aged scene of occurrence and other places and examined as many as 45 witnesses. The complainant Thiru Gangana would make the following allegations: He gave his eldest daughter Vijayakumari a Viji given (Since deceased) is marriage to Jagadish @ Jaggidev on 20.5.1985 at Tiruppur, coor district in Karnataka. Vijayakumari was a commerce graduate, while jagadeesh was an English literature graduate. She was working as a clerk in the state Bank of India, Bangalore. While, Jagadish was self-employed. Both of them fell in love with each other and Ganganna solemnized their marriage even though the parents of Jagadish did not consent to it. Both of them live together at Mysore and then at Bangalore. Both of them developed their love affair when there were under going training in Yoga Camp at Bangalore and latter as both of them become Yoga teachers. She gave birth of a female child and the daughter Radhe who is now studying in a convent school at Ooty. Jagadish started conduction Yoga camp and yoga classes at various places. He extended his business of conduction training up to Coimbatore also. When the reception was very much satisfactory in Coimbatore, he a witched over to Coimbatore with his wife and daughter and setup Yoga Centre in 1992 at Singanallur, Coimbatore duty. He purchased 14 acres of land at Poondi village at the root of Velliangiri Hills and set up a yoga Institution called Isha Yoga Centre and enlisted the residential students of Yoga from both sexes., they were young students of yoga called Barmacharie and Bramacharinis. On 23.1.1997 he received phone calls from Singanallur and she Yoga Poondy that his daughter Vijayakumari was dead and that her cremation would take place at 6.00 A.M. on the following day. Ganganna requested over phone to keep the dead body there no to shift the body for cremation to this arrive. Ganganna reached Isha Yoga Centre along with his wife, daughter and other relatives in a van at 10.00 A.M. on 24.1.97. But the body of Vijayakumari was already cremated at Isha Yoga Centre at 6.00 a.m. on 24.1.1997 and burnt into ashes. Ganganna questioned his son-in-law Jagadish for which there was no reply. To avoid an ugly scene, Ganganna returned to Bangalore on the same day. He gave the complaint to the Commissioner of Police, Bangalore city and the same was registered in Subramania Nagara P.S. did not take any Investigation, but transferred the same FIR to Coimbatore district. The Investigation disclosed the following facts. The Inspector of Police, Alandurai examined Jagadish and all the inmate of Isha Yoga Centre and recorded their statements in connection with the death of Vijayakumari. All of them have cogently stated that both Jagadish Vijayakumari were leading a normal and happy life, that on their crucial day, Jagadish Vijayakumari, and 7 bramacharis and Bramacharinis commence meditation at about 5.45 p.m. in the roof of the residence of Jagadish and Vijayakumari suddenly swooned saying (Sambo) and fall on Bramacharini witness Sumalatha that Dr. Kalaiselvan who was staying at the same Yoga Centre, for his own treatment rushed and examined Vijaykumari and found that she was breathing her last through ‘Jaw Breathing’ that and the body of Vijayakumari was cremated at 6.00 a.m. on the following by inside Yoga Centre in the presence of about 2000 people as it was a full moon day. Jagadish and his followers would call the death of Vijayakumari as a natural called “Mahasamadhi” all the inmates would rule out any chance or evidence of a suspected death of Vijayakumari. The Inspector of Police has taken much paid to examine Dr. Kalaiselvan, the only Medical Officer who has witnessed the very death of Vijayakumari this doctor would categorically denied the possibility of death of Vijaykumari by poison. When specifically questioned by the investigation officer, Dr. Kalaiselvan would certify that death neither a case of suicide or a case of homicide. He has issued a signed certificate also to this affect. This doctor would also say that there were no viable injuries on the body of Vijaykumari. Dr. Kalaiselvan would also certify that it was a case of my cardinal infection (loss of sufficient blood) to the heat. This doctor would claim that he was a qualified doctor with his 15 years of practice. The Inmate of Yoga Centre did not find any significant change in the attitude or behavior of Vijayakumari prior to her death. Her behavior was routine prior to death and she was assisted by other women namely witness Suganthamani Brammacharini witness Sumalathaa in preparing sweets till 5.00 p.m. on that date. Both of them did not notice any abnormal symptom in the health or behavior of Vijayakumari. Thus, all the available direct and circumstantial evidence to the death of Vijayakumari was that she lied of a natural death. But, Jagadish and other inmates of Yoga Centre would claim that Vijayakumari was practicing and to attain “Maha Samathi” on the day of Poornima (full moon day). The complaint was lodged 7 months after the death, of as the body was already cremated there as not chance for holding inquest or conducting post mortem. The Inspector seized a portion of burnt bones and ashes of Vijayakumari and sent it to Forensic Science Laboratory. The report was that it was found to be disintegrated and that no poison could be detected. In such options of any poison, or any incriminating substance, in the ashes and in the absence of post mortem, the oral evidence and certificate of Dr. Kalaiselvan would play a significant role of the medical side of this case. Dr. Kalaiselvan has certificated that it was came which might be due to stress and strain, snake bites, accident or heart disease etc., But there is absolutely no evidence to find out whether Vijayakumari has suffered any of the causes. In short, the accurate cause of death would no be discovered for want of post mortem examination and apparent causes could not be made out in the absence of an inquest over the dead body. Hence the cause of death could not be probed further. The complainant Ganganna has unreasonably caused a delay of about 6 months to give police complaint. He is unable to make out any specific allegations or complain on anybody on the death of Vijayakumari. He could only raise his feelings, sorrow and suspicion, which are not sufficient to built a successful prosecution in a murder. But, in his letter to Jagadish on 30.1.97. has not expressed any suspicion over death of Vijayakumari. In the Circumstance I get Instruction from my superior and obtained. Additional Director prosecution opinion in this case was treated as un-detected. Inspector of Police Alandurai P.S. Analysis and Truth: 22.1.2023 This First Information report is fabricated and maha samadhi is the term of cover up the Vijayakumari murder to protect the Jaggi Vasudev. Jaggi Vasudev People inside the Isha Yoga Centre are murderers. Jaggi Vasudev murdered his wife and destroyed the evidence by burning her body into ashes. The Jaggi Vasudev, Sumalathaa, Suganthamani, Bharathi Varadharaj, Dr. Kalaiselvan, Mr. Hebbar, Aloka, every Celibacies and everyone in the Isha Yoga Centre during 1997 are murderers and liars. Jaggi Vasudev Fled to the USA after an interrogation two days ago during October 1997. They all helped the murderer Jagadish Vasudev aka Jaggi Vasudev.
