Popis: | Damping capacities exhibited a decreasing tendency in the order of Mg–8%Zn–2%Al, Mg–6%Zn–4%Al and Mg–9%Al–1%Zn alloys both in the strain-amplitude independent and dependent regions. This is ascribed to the increased values of (Zn+Al) atomic concentration in α-(Mg) matrix and the amount of precipitates, respectively. |
