Popis: The aim of the study is to develop a mathematical model of the methanol stripper as an object with distributed parameters. The relevance of this topic is due to the use of this technology in the process of low-temperature separation in order to reduce the loss of an expensive inhibitor of hydrate formation. As a result of the study, the correct assumptions, boundary and initial conditions were determined, a mathematical model of the object was developed in the form of partial differential equations. The transition from a continuous model to a discrete-continuous one is presented.
