Popis: | Nanocrystalline materials based on solid solution ZrO 2 -Y 2 O 3 were prepared using a co-precipitation in water solutions followed by sintering in different conditions. Crystal structure, morphology of the products and phase equilibria in the system were investigated. It was shown that the degree of aggregation of powder substantially depended on the type of reagents and starting precursor deposition method. Most weakly aggregated particles were obtained by reverse deposition of ammonia solutions and zirconyl chloride. |
