Popis: | The kinetics of the process of titanium oxidation in a sulfate electrolyte containing zirconium and molybdenum compounds has been studied. The oxide coatings are obtained, and then their morphology and phase composition are analyzed. The defectiveness and electric conductivity of the obtained materials are studied by the method of impedance spectroscopy. It is shown that the obtained oxide coatings are thermally stable at temperatures up to 700°С. |
