Popis: We reconstruct the population history of South and Southeast shellmound builders of Brazil using dental morphology as a proxy for neutral genetic markers. We analyzed several dental non-metric traits from individuals of different archaeological sites of São Paulo, Paraná and Santa Catarina states, with dates ranging between the Early- to Late-Holocene.
