Цель выпускной квалификационной работы – анализ и оценка государственного финансового контроля как инструмента обеспечения экономической безопасности, а также разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию организации финансового контроля Ð³Ð¾ÑÑƒÐ´Ð°Ñ€ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°ÐºÑƒÐ¿Ð¾Ðº для целей обеспечения экономической безопасности Санкт-Петербурга. Для достижения поставленной цели были поставлены и решены следующие задачи:- изучены теоретические и методические основы осуществления государственного финансового контроля как инструмента обеспечения экономической безопасности;- проведен анализ деятельности Комитета государственного финансового контроля Санкт-Петербурга по обеспечению экономической безопасности;- разработаны мероприятия по совершенствованию организации финансового контроля Ð³Ð¾ÑÑƒÐ´Ð°Ñ€ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°ÐºÑƒÐ¿Ð¾Ðº для целей обеспечения экономической безопасности Санкт-Петербурга. Объектом изучения в работе является Комитет государственного финансового контроля Санкт-Петербурга. Предметом изучения является организация финансового контроля Ð³Ð¾ÑÑƒÐ´Ð°Ñ€ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°ÐºÑƒÐ¿Ð¾Ðº для целей обеспечения экономической безопасности Санкт-Петербурга.Научная значимость работы состоит в разработанном алгоритме стандартизации процедуры проверки документов по закупкам Комитетами государственного финансового контроля.В выпускной квалификационной работе использовались следующие методы научного исследования: анализ, синтез, формализация, обобщение, а также приемы финансового анализа. The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Development of measures to improve the organization of financial control of public procurement for the purpose of ensuring the economic security of St.Petersburg». The purpose of the graduate qualification work is analysis and evaluation of state financial control as a tool to ensure economic security, as well as the development of measures to improve the organization of financial control of public procurement for the purpose of ensuring the economic security of St. Petersburg.To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved:- the theoretical and methodical foundations of the implementation of state financial control as a tool for ensuring economic security have been studied;- an analysis of the activities of the Committee for State Financial Control of St. Petersburg to ensure economic security was carried out;- measures have been developed to improve the organization of financial control of public procurement for the purpose of ensuring the economic security of St. Petersburg. The object of study in the work is Committee for State Financial Control of St. Petersburg. The subject of the study is organization of financial control of public procurement for the purpose of ensuring the economic security of St. Petersburg.The scientific significance of the work lies in the developed algorithm for standardizing the procedure for checking procurement documents by the State Financial Control Committees. In the graduate qualification work, the following methods of scientific research were used: analysis, synthesis, formalization, generalization, as well as methods of financial analysis.
