Popis: | Fluors were incorporated into the matrix of microporous polymeric membranes and antibodies were subsequently bound to their surfaces. These membranes were used in competitive binding assays (secondary RIAs) for cyclic-AMP in which the bound and unbound radioligands did not require separation. Membrane-based scintillation proximity assay have utility for the detection of a variety of radioanalytes and can be configured in a number of sizes and shapes. |
